Return Policy
All custom parts sales and build-to-order, parts sales are final, unless otherwise noted or agreed upon in written format.

Payment Policy
All orders do require payment up front. Most items are custom built and/or built-to-order. These items may carry a lead time. Please contact us regarding lead times. Lead times are not posted on the website, as they are constantly changing, depending on our current work load. After the web order is placed, we will contact you, and notify you of the current lead time of the product(s) you purchased.
